My fellow vacationers and locals, today is thursday july 14 2022, i went to broken bow over the weekend and ate here at McDonalds, i ordered a small fry and a ice coffee, when it was my turn to pick my order they gave a cup of literal MILK! It didnt have 1 drop of coffee, so idumped it out and just filled it with coke, although i was hesitant bcuz the soda machine was disgusting, so now it is day 5 of progressively feeling worse, first it was soar throat then came the headache, and now nausea, i definitely caught something from this dirty restaurant, bcuz it is the only place i ate the entire weekend, i would honestly avoid this place until they do a better job of cleaning
This is worst McDonald's in United States .I got a order of chicken nuggets. They were definitely cooked in old oil. I told the staff they didn't seem to care.Avoid this place.I ask if this was spec.They didn't have a answer.After returning home took a chance to look at all the chappy reviews. It a lesson learned do your homework. McDonald's Commerce,TX best.Broken Bow worst. love the area.Just stay away from McDonald's. I went to McDonald's Idabel a few months ago. It's a good place,go there.
DO NOT USE THR 2ND DRIVE THRU! I swear everytime I try to order using the 2nd speaker NOBODY takes my order, I wait and wait and today nobody was even at the 1st one... All the cars that went through the 1st one had their orders taken pretty fast. I waited so long that absolutely nobody was even there, was just me at the 2nd speaker. Nobody took my order, went to 1st window to make the girl take it.... What's the point in having a 2nd speaker if they won't take people's orders at it?
5 Years ago, I gave this place 2 stars. That is far too many. Slow and they gave my fiance a raw hamburger. 6pc Chicken Nugget Happy Meal $7. Add Milk to that it shoots up to $8, take away the apple slices and trade for fries adds another dollar, so now this child's meal is a good $10 after taxes and all. The young lady that is working the front drive thru window around 11:15 today is one of my favorite ones to deal with. She smiles, looks in the bag to make sure you have all of your order and actually greates and says have a good day! Most of the others don’t say a word or if you ask them is this or that in the bag. They just say “oh, you can check” umm it’s that your job!
Should have a way tobl give zero stars. Neither burger wasn't assembled and the patties on both burgers were burnt. Fries had zero salt and we asked for ketchup instead of getting packets we got ketchup squirted into a chicken nugget box . Horrible, horrible, horrible food and service. Definitely makes me appreciate the McDonald's in Texas.
Got my order fairly quickly and employees were courteous... Too bad it was incorrect. Note to staff: Please change the grease in your fryers on a regular schedule
