The customer service at this restaurant is terrible, with very rude employees. I remember when the owner and his son were always there, they had great employees and excellent management. Over the years, I have seen this place transform into a dumpster with careless workers, especially on the night shift. I have had some terrible experiences that have made me hesitant to return. Now, even simple mistakes are met with rude staff, and if they make a mistake, I am told to correct it myself. For example, when I ordered two black coffees with cream added to one, I was told to go back around. If I try to speak to the manager, I am told to come back later or that the manager is unavailable. Only reason I didn’t give this location one star is because of the awesome morning crew. The night crew on the other hand is a mess. The little high school kids that work afternoons and nights are always so disrespectful. I have worked in food service for years and would never treat customers the way these kids do. I avoid this location aside from the wonderful morning staff who never seem to have an issue with customer service. Please monitor the behavior of your teenage staff and coach them accordingly.
Was at the first drive thru speaker and watched at least 10 people get their order taken at the drive thru speaker next to us. Yelled for help a few times because we were greeted with an automated message when we first pulled up, and also watched a guy order before us. We ended up just driving off after 15 minutes. The drive thru lady just smiled at us as we drove away, I don't know what was going on. So we went to taco bell instead (around the corner), they did not disappoint.
This McDonald's location stands out among the rest with its consistently accurate orders, well-prepared food, quick service, and friendly staff. While I, like many others, have had negative experiences at other McDonald's locations, this one is a pleasant surprise. If you're craving a Big Mac, I would recommend giving this location a try. However, I haven't been back in a year as I've decided to prioritize my health and avoid indulging in fast food.

I used to have good experiences at this restaurant until they hired new employees after the pandemic. It is clear that they have relaxed their standards for appearance and professionalism. Some of the new staff have multiple piercings and long fake nails, and one particular employee lacks basic social skills. It is obvious that these places are struggling to find help.
Worst possible service possible. I asked for cheeseburgers with no mustards so they drench my burgers with ketchup. If you don’t like your job just leave, doesn’t make sense. One of my top buns is still cold most likely because they didn’t care to heat it up. It probably was on the floor and served. No telling how many times this has happened.
So the service and line wasn't moving slow but the employees don't listen well on the headsets. They got my order wrong and when I asked for my order to be right one young lady told me I had to get back in line when she could fixed it really quickly. I was only missing an item!
I often go here after work and never had a problem other than once, I called and talked to a dame called mary and she had re-ordered my order, it is sometimes really busy but if they have a minute to wait, it is one of the best to imo

It neither here nor there. The sausage and muffin has gone up too high for meMine tasted like it was re-warmed. The muffin was rubbery. Wpnt be back as this is not my regular restaurant.
Forget the other popular coffee shops. We love McD's Lattes and other Cafe beverages. Food is always good too. Please bring back the chicken wraps and tenders.
