I think I chose the wrong place for a caramel macchiato. I found out that they reset the espresso machine every morning, which seems to cause delays. Thankfully, there's a Starbucks next door. Although the staff apologized for the long wait for my drink, this experience has influenced my rating for this establishment. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first issue here; I've encountered similar problems on three previous visits. So, if you're thinking about ordering a caramel macchiato in the morning, I recommend saving your time and heading to Starbucks right next door.
I went inside and ordered at the kiosk, but then I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. All the employees were just sitting on their phones right in front of us at the end of the assembly line while we stood at the counter being ignored. When we finally got our food, the service was rude. I've never experienced such poor service at a McDonald's before.
The worst McDonald’s location in the Bay Area. Don’t bother ordering through the McDonald’s app at this location. The employees will allege the transaction was canceled after handing you a paper receipt. Had to do a credit card charge back since I didn’t receive any food and the payment amount went through.
Excellent service they have stepped up their customer service and food was Good McDonald's, hot, was food and they asked me how are you doing? I appreciate that...Patronize this business they're hiring our youth and teaching them valuable customer service skills. Mickey D's still makes the best lol

The breakfast sandwiches were disappointing—dry, tough, and overcooked, lacking any flavor or moisture. The bacon was thin and limp, reminiscent of old paper. The coffee left much to be desired, and the hash browns were soggy and weighed down by stale oil. Overall, not a great experience.
My 8-year-old enjoys the Happy Meals, which are under $5. They come with a drink, extra fries, and cheeseburgers without pickles, along with apple slices.
Good luck getting your order correct. Every single time they get something wrong. I will no longer go here. Tired of wasting my time, money and patience.
On a positive note, the restaurant is clean and has a kid-friendly atmosphere. However, some of the employees seem to have a negative attitude.
