The worse McDonalds ever! the lady at the drive thru, missed one of the items i ordered even after she repeated it herself, I realized it after they made me wait about 15 min on spot 1 and realized that I was missing a happy meal for my daughter. I told this to the lady that bought me the order to spot 1, she said she will come back to check, she never came back after i waited almost 20 min for her. I then had to make the long drive thru line again of 30 min all to get the happy meal they missed on my order. The restaurant is decent, but the quality of service depends on when you visit. I recently went during my lunch break at 12:30 and experienced significant delays. I waited in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes before reaching the order screen, then waited an additional 5 minutes before placing my order. After placing my order, I waited another 15 minutes in line before reaching the second window. While I understand that staffing issues can occur, the restaurant needs to address these long wait times. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes for my lunch, I would have gone to a nicer restaurant.
We placed an online order at this restaurant, but it was ignored for 40 minutes without any confirmation. Eventually, we had to join the long drive-thru line and wait an additional 30 minutes. The excuse given was that the lady responsible for bringing our food to the car took her lunch break without considering the waiting customers. She only showed up when we had already left and connected back to the drive-thru line 40 minutes later. This experience was so frustrating that we have decided to never return to this restaurant again.
This was the first time I finished a drink in just a few sips. The drive-thru employees were pleasant, but nothing exceptional. There were rumors about Burger King possibly causing a distraction that slowed down the drive-thru line. There was a clear distinction between the amount of ice in a fountain drink versus a McCafé drink. Used app, with curbside pick up. The app says it should take about 5 minutes to get your order. There was another car already waiting for their order when I arrived. At 25 minutes, I overheard the other car calling to find out where their food was. At that point the associate came out with both orders, apologizing to the other car with a lame excuse about not knowing they were waiting. I didn't get an apology, just my order.
from any reason in the last month this location service was quite bad. they are very fast to take their order, but not even to pay in the window. the ordering of a mobile order makes this process not easier, as they sent me to the order pickup, waited 20-30 minutes, then gave me a wrong order. it wasn't even worth asking for a proper order. they would probably have kept me waiting for 30 minutes for quick food.
Indifference abounds as the art of customer service and courtesy have died.But I guess it's justified when buying gruel loaded with sugar, salt, and preservatives that fossilizes anything.Lesson learned, stay away from these tar pits called fast food.Remove the s to never unsee what we should be calling them.

This McDonald’s just takes so long for no reason. Very quick to take your order but you’ll probably be sitting in drive through for 20 minutes before even getting to pay
