On Google it said they open at 5am. I went to this location at 5:30am and waited until 6am and still were not opened. On their door it says they open at 6am and they still were closed. 2 managers and a crew member saw me waiting outside and refused to unlock the door. If theyre not going to open like they say it on Google or on the door then they should change it so no one will believe its opened, show up, and waste their time for nothing, otherwise it is bad for business. Probably not going back to this location anymore.
Last night, I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. An employee at the drive-thru slammed the window in my face and accused me of trying to get free food without even checking the order number. I will not be returning to this establishment. However, I did speak to the manager inside who was polite. Overall, I am very disappointed in this location.
I went through the drive-thru to place my order and received the most pleasant service I've had in a long time at any fast food restaurant. The employee who took my order was named Gabe. I truly appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude. I wish there were more people like him working in the industry. Thank you, Gabe, for a job well done.
Zero stars! Staff can't speak clear enough for us to understand. Rang up 2 sausage egg Mc. Griddles according to the receipt. We got home and one with bacon and one with just egg. Called and they accused me of ordering wrong then accused of calling the wrong store. Can't make this up. Fire them all and start over.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. My order took 15 minutes to be taken, and even then the staff seemed disorganized and my food never arrived. It's surprising that this place is still in business. I hope they improve their service before a customer has a meltdown.
The staff at this restaurant are extremely rude. Despite my efforts to be polite, they were dismissive and impolite. They should consider hiring more experienced employees to ensure orders are taken accurately.
The employee who took our order just has a plain attitude problem, I get it working fast food can suck, I’ve been there. But you can’t talk to people with attitude just because you hate your job.
The worst service ever. Every time I come to this location is the same, your employees are just so rude and they seem annoyed with customers. I’m also either missing food or it’s wrong.
