I do not eat McDonald’s often and if so, it is usually because I am craving their breakfast. I came to this specific location, we waited in the drive thru line for an hour just to get to the order screen. Mind you, there’s two lanes for the order screen so that the lines can move through fast. Another 15 minutes go by after we get our order taken and we have not moved to the pay window yet. Once we have finally paid and get to the window for our food, I check to make sure everything is there. Lady at the window was somewhat nice but no explanation as to why it took almost an hour and thirty for fast food. How this McDonald's got a 3-3 rating I don't know bad service they can't do simple things I ordered a large coke and large Dr pepper I told them please mark the Dr pepper I like coke my niece likes Dr pepper I even ask the lady giving me my drinks threw the window witch is Dr she said the one that's pressed on top other well it wasn't I gave my niece the coke drank Dr pepper I hate Dr pepper but think before you go there they lie to get rid of you.
I have visited McDonald's locations all over the country, and the Commerce Ave location is by far the worst Mickey D's I have ever been to. No matter what time of day, whether it's busy or not, they always seem to have problems. The staff here are the laziest I have ever seen and they all have bad attitudes. It's unfortunate that I live on this side of the city because I would definitely avoid this place. Everything they do is just not right.
The customer service at this restaurant was awful. I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes during my lunch break. After being stuck behind 10 cars, I finally asked if they were ready to take my order. It was then that the worker informed me that they were not accepting orders from the road that day. Everything is always wrong or cold or either not in stock.. the employees have nasty attitudes because the managers do as well. McDonald's on commerce Ave is the worst McDonald's in Lagrange GA
food service was good. it was said that your dining room is now open until 9:00. can eat inside instead of gas in the long lines thru drive thru? gas saving
