I have never had a worse experience than this one. My hotcakes were not delivered despite my mobile order. I walked inside, gave my bag and receipt to a worker, and gently informed them that I had not received my hotcakes. I waited for them for fifteen minutes after she promised to check in the back. When I asked three seprate people if they had begun working on my hotcakes, they all said that they were almost finished. In my experience pancakes definitely don't take fifteen minutes, and some of the staff displayed embarrassing attitudes. I asked one woman, and she didn't even look back. We were still neglected even after I had to ask my friend's grandfather for assistance. Eventually, at so...
I placed a curbside pick-up order through the app, but when the restaurant didn't bring us our food for a while, we went inside and found chaos. By the time they finally brought us our forgotten order, it had already cooled off. If it weren't for the fact that we were picking up food for our kids, I would have asked them to remake it hot.
They gave me someone else 's food. I told him that it wasn 't my food he just replied, she said this isn 't her food, without knowing what I actually ordered. At least when we got our food, it was finally correct. Something is always wrong when we go to this location, but the kids love McDonald 's.
There was a fly in my food. Like all the way buried in my Big Mac sauce. If I could give zero stars I would. They didn’t take off the pickles like I ask on my mobile order. Thank goodness I opened it up to take it off and saw this. DISGUSTING.

The restaurant should update their hours if they are not open 24 hours. I visited at 11pm and found both the lobby and drive-thru closed.
Went in for ice cream, but the machine was down. The coffee was cold and tasted terrible. The apple pies were cold.
