Female manager working this morning gave us an attitude over our order because we made a change. She comes back at us and yells at us and says ?are you sure your order is right because you?ve made a change 6x!!!? We let her know it wasn?t 6x just 2x. But the tone of her voice was very unnecessary. It?s not the first time she gives us attitude over the window. She loves to make smart as comments every time someone decide to make a change. We don?t mind waiting a bit extra but there?s no need for you to yell at us or give us attitude. Not sure how you?re still a manager there. The only reason we ?changed? our order is because it wasn?t correctly taken down in the first place.
I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's. I ordered two meals but only received one. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, she insisted I had only ordered one and responded rudely. I’m not sure of her name, but she seemed to be of Asian descent. I was frustrated when they refused to give me the missing fries without charging me again, which I found unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to pay twice for what I ordered. I hope management will address this issue.
You guys are the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever seen in the whole area, every time I tried to give them another shot always messed up everything, I ordered a combo 7 which is 2 double cheeseburgers and you guys only placed one in my bag, management alwayslacks in customer service. I am pretty sure we come to get food and try to go home to enjoy time with our families for them tomess up our food. McDonald?s in Sterling Plaza SUCKS!!!!
As a loyal customer for 20 years, I’ve consistently experienced excellent customer service here over the past decade. The staff, mostly teenagers, are always very friendly. The food quality has remained reliably good with no problems. The only downside is the occasional traffic caused by the nearby reef, which is beyond McDonald’s control. Overall, this McDonald’s location is fantastic, and I’m thankful to have it nearby.

Found a small curly hair in the middle of my McChicken that left little to the imagination. Absolutely disgusting. I will never be back to this location. I do not like that I have to drive by it so often, it makes me want to vomit every time I see it. They should be shut down and/or sued. EAT THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Horrible God awful place. Very rude and lazy and nasty staff!!!! Starting with the manager on duty named Abby Duong!!! The cashier's and management need to be trained to serve customers from all races not only white or Latinos!!!! If they do not wantto serve black people then they need to find another JOB!!!!
I appreciated how clean the restroom was, but I’m confused about why the dining area is still closed. Most restaurants have reopened their seating with some social distancing measures. Instead, the dining room looks chaotic, with orange barriers and chairs scattered around, making it quite uninviting.
The Mocha coffee at this McDonald's is outstanding. They always prepare it exactly the way I prefer.

The prices seem reasonable, but it feels more like a facade, which I don’t appreciate.
Ordered at drive through and it was very quick. Staff are really good.
