I find it incredibly disappointing to enter restaurants where we, as customers, pay to eat in such unclean conditions. It's frustrating to see women visiting these places and not taking responsibility for cleaning up after themselves. It's really not that difficult to throw your waste in the toilet instead of leaving it on the floor! I also noticed some McDonald's employees not washing their hands, and I reported this to the manager. The lack of sanitation is concerning, especially with customers carelessly discarding their waste on the ground.
Ordered a mango and strawberry smoothie and they were tart. What the heck happened? Other Mcds smoothies are great , it's like they used sweet n low instead of sugar or the ingredients were expired or something weird. I also ordered the cheeseburger meal which SUCKS! I asked for fresh fries and they give me fresh fries mixed with old fries. Who does that ? They do !
I popped in quickly for something affordable and found a great deal on the app. My order was ready as soon as I walked in (thanks to mobile ordering). The service was excellent; I didn't catch the name of the manager who was there in the afternoon, but she was very friendly and even provided me with a cup holder and a bag to make carrying my order easier.
The experience was just okay. There was a long wait at the drive-thru, so I decided to go inside. Now it seems like they're using a self-service ordering system, and many people were complaining about the new process, particularly the elderly customers. I ended up spending twice as much time there as I did before.

Poorly managed McDonald’s at this location. Always have issues with this location and missing items. Food is cold at times and the drive thru wait times can be long. Probably won’t go back anytime soon as the last time they forgot happy meal toys, the sauces for the nuggets and my hamburger was not what I ordered.
They've made mistakes on my orders before, but I still enjoyed them as they were minor things such as extra fries, instead of apple slices... Somehow I still choose to go to this particular location although it's not the closest nor easiest to access, and I think because of its fast service and friendly staff.
Confusing drive thru, wasn't sure if needed to move to the closer one as the other customer pulled out. Asked the attendant without any answer after being greeted, so we moved forward to the next one with the same greeting and they were able to takethe order.
Prices are crazy high $16 for burrito combo, cashier could not explain why and being rude and why a drink fee its supposed to be a combo??? I will not be going back to any McDonald's that was the last straw for

they get upset that we want our food re-heated because we can’t see the screen… this has been here longer then 2 months for sure..a billion corporate can’t get this fixed?… how inconvenient…
If she wasn't very new. She was very bad at drive through. This place didn't have extended breakfast hours. Didn't put drink I asked for on ticket. It's a difficult location to drive.
