The service at this restaurant was smooth and efficient. I was surprised to find out that you pay at a window and then pick up your food at the next window. They allowed me to sit down before things got busy. I really should visit this place more often. Staffs at the drive through and the manager at Landover Mcdonald is so rude. Those high sch students have no home training. They insult and curse you out all because customer told them they hv linked card but instead of them to state that they don't knowhow to do it and ask for help, they rain curses and insults on you with F and B word. It's so pathetic. Those high sch studentsworking there and the Spanish staffs needs lots of training. On so many occasions I hv bn insulted and give wrong orders for myfood and even overcharge me.

I'm very disappointed with the McDonald's on Landover Road, just 3 minutes from my home. Every time I order coffee, I get only half a cup of cold coffee with just cream. In contrast, at a farther location, I receive a full cup of hot coffee with the right creamer. This inconsistency is not acceptable and really leaves a sour impression.

Horrible costumer service! They also don?t accept discover cards any other McDonald?s does! I ordered and I was missing items when I went back they said there was nothing they could do because our order was a drive thru order not inside order!
Friendly, courteous staff person completed my electronic order for me. That was a great help. Worse thing about my visit was the lukewarm fish sandwich that I had to eat on my way home.
The fries were undercooked, the sauce was absent, and the sandwiches were entirely unsatisfactory. I expect to receive exactly what I paid for—no more, no less.
