I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I came in for breakfast and went to the ordering machine, but I couldn't find what I wanted. I asked a young woman who didn’t seem happy if the item was still available. She responded with a yes but accompanied it with an eye roll that felt dismissive. Instead of helping me, she continued talking to a coworker about another customer who had left. I stood there for about 30 seconds, completely ignored by both of them.

I recently visited your restaurant on Redan Road and ordered two hash browns and an apple fritter. When I got home and was about to enjoy them, I discovered that the fritter had mold inside and was incredibly stale. If a child had been given this for breakfast without it being inspected, they could have become quite ill, or even worse. My experience at restaurant #6951 has left me very dissatisfied, especially considering it wasn't busy at the time. The quality of service indicates poor management, and I intend to bring this matter to the attention of McDonald's corporate. This situation is unacceptable.
I wish I could give this McDonald's a negative rating. This has been the worst experience I've ever had at one of their locations. I only stop here when I'm nearby, and every time there's a problem. Today, two items were missing from my order, so I returned to have them replaced. Unfortunately, all the staff were outside arguing. When I finally spoke to someone about the missing items, she was rude and didn’t even look at my receipt. I really hope they improve their staff. Should I consider contacting corporate?
Absolutely worse experience Ever! Sat in drive for 10mins. Pulled around no one at window. Finally after pulling to 2nd window. Dude tells me shift change and I gotta come in. Then walk in. Gotta take my own freaking order. Too much???? Then they didn't get my coffee order right!! Yes only ordered coffee and they couldn't get right!!!

Great place to get McDonald's from. The staff always ask for reward codes and patiently wait if you need time to find them. I highly recommend this location. I usually spend between $60 and $80 here to buy breakfast for my big family.
Personally, I was surprised how fast I got through the line. The food was fresh and hot and the service was better than ever. They also wore gloves and masks that made me really comfortable.
Can 't tell you how many times I 've come here just to wait and wait and wait for them to open up. The time should be when we feel like don 't put 6am on the sign and not actually open at 6
Probably the most rude bunch of employees we have had the displeasure of dealing with and this was probably the last straw for us. Other side white man totally unnecessary white or not.

Hooray for Tay! The food was delicious and juicy, and the staff was outstanding! Great job, everyone! The team was friendly, and both the food and service were fantastic!
It took almost an hour and a half to realize that our order hadn't been received. When I asked for a refund, it took nearly 10 minutes for someone to handle that as well.
