This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've had my order messed up multiple times. Most recently, I got all the way to the port only to find that my order was incorrect. I had to turn around and go back, waiting about 10 minutes at the drive-thru window, and they didn't even apologize for the mistake. Their customer service is really lacking.
I followed the directions and the food arrived warm and as anticipated. The chicken nuggets were crispy and flavorful. The caramel frappé was delightful; I highly recommend it, even for those who aren't fans of coffee.
