I have visited this Macdonald's on several occasions and always had a good experience. Today therefore was a catastrophe. Seven employees whom turned around in circles, clients waited and food was cold- like it just came from a frigo, the rest was room temperature. The worst was that it wasn't even busy. When we complained, there were no remorse
Arrived and waited 6 minutes at order borne, 4 minutes at payment window and a further 14 minutes before we received our order. No attempt was made to update us during the delays and no apology was offered at the end. Staff disinterested and unable to carry out their function. A total lack of customer service therefore not worth a 2nd visit.
A larger branch with seating inside and out. All the usual menu, ordered on the electronic panel and arriving reasonably quickly. One issue... the gingerbread icons for male and female toilets, though cute, were a little difficult to decipher. Anyone with a visual impairment might struggle.
