As a school holiday treat, I took my children to McDonalds in Bicton to dine in. My daughter ordered a Kids Meal with a burger minus the cheese and pickle. So basically, it should have been a bun with tomato sauce and meat in it. When it finally arrived (not-so-fast food here) there was a bun with tomato sauce on both sides - no meat.My sister ordered a salad and had to use her fingers to eat it as there was no cutlery. She did want the chicken and avocado burger without chilli jam but the self serve wouldn't let her take the jam out and when she tried to order it at the counter she was told that she had to do it on the self serve machine, which didn't let her order the burger she wanted in...
The highlight of this McDonalds is its Create your Taste burgers (the touchscreen booths are the first thing you see when you walk in the door) They have great CYT options and the quality is so good it's hard to believe it's Macca's. I've certainly had much worse burgers for the price (usually around $10). The wait time isn't too bad at all either usually under 10 minutes even if you order something unusual. The regular menu however is hit and miss - sometimes it's good and fresh, other times it's sloppily put together and stale (the all day brekkie menu is almost ALWAYS stale). And like someone else mentioned, the young staff often have no clue what they're doing and will keep asking the ma...
Ordered a coffee through drive through but it was extremely hot so we went in to grab some more milk and was ignored for a good 10 minutes by workers walking around the counter looking at us... Have had multiple problems with this McDonald's.. Burgers missing from orders, loaded fries pretty much empty, it's very rare to get your entire order correct...
This is impressive for a Macdonalds and well worth coming inside. The decor is up market and like no other Macdonalds we have been to in Perth. The staff were friendly and well trained and the 'Create Your Tasre" burgers are made in a open kitchen by staff who seem to be proud of what they do. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Crowded entrance with the self select computers on entry. The company may want you to use the computers, but some like me found it took a lot longer to select, then you have to line up & pay. Utter confusion. 20 minutes to order, pay & receive a very basic meal.
I'm a huge fan! It's one of those restaurants that you could go back again and again and again. Fav dishes: slow cooked lamb (sooooooooo tender) and grilled
While it's not a 5 star restaurant I've been there for a few fast, cheap breakfasts and dinners! The staff are friendly and helpful.
