"Play area was absolutely disgusting. When I asked if there was anyone who can clean the play area the manager so no not really but I can get someone. We waited 45 minutes and had to clean up other peoples garbage and wipe our own table down just so my kids can eat and still no one came to clean up. They were not busy at all drive thru was empty and so was inside. It’s apparent that this location has gone down hill fast. We will continue making the drive to Jacksonville where they clean their restaurant."

The sign on the door says dinning room open til 11 however when I walked up to the door at 4 min til 10 the door was locked and an employee sitting in a car outside said she would open it for me in a min. And it was way more than a min before she left the vehicle. I signaled another employee inside and they took their sweet time opening the door as well. When I asked why it was locked they informed me their lobby closed at 10. I informed them that wasn’t what the sign on the door said. He just shrugged.
