One of the absolute worst places that I have been to nothing but complete attitude from every single one of the employees that we talk to today we had two separate orders and she caught an attitude about it. We asked for mayonnaise and barbecue called an attitude about it then come to find out That the tea that we ordered was actually sweet tea so I walked up there to fix it and she catches an attitude saying well I wasn’t the one who took your order absolute disgusting behavior and customer service. The only person that we encountered that was respectful and politely waited for my children to get settled to clean our area was the cleaning lady Totally understand you work at McDonald’s, but...
This McDonald’s sucks the people that work there have no customer service they have attitude problems i don't Know why but this McDonald’s can never hire a good team of people to work together and actually treat their customers right. I ordered My food and the lady on the board was rude and treated me like it was a problem i was There at 9pm and then i get To the window and they say they don’t have change for a hundred so i told Then i would Go somewhere else because that’s the only bills i had On me! Zaxbys got my business and i had A great experience there with good food!!
I order 3 McChickens the first one was great. the second horrible I looked like they just put a little piece of lettuce on it abt the size of a roach and the mayonnaise I looked like they just put it on there then took a napkin and wipe it away to the point where there’s none. The third came out with no mayonnaise and so much lettuce it was like they wanted to make it look like planet earth but it was good customer service
Lady in the drive thru gave me biggest freaking attitude today. Didn’t catch her name but she was working the drive thru on July 21, 2024. No way she should be making 15 an hour with a personality like that Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Workers were very rude and snappy and left out an entire 10pc off my order, and didn't give me a receipt so I can't go back for it or file a formal complaint. Awful
If you want to have an unpleasant time, come to this Macdonald's and you'll see the terrible service. I don't know how this place is still working.
