I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's location on a Sunday morning at 7:20 AM while trying to grab breakfast for my kids before soccer practice. The restaurant was in a shocking state of cleanliness; all the tables were dirty, and there were food scraps and rubbish scattered on the floor. The McCafe area was particularly uninviting, with hot chocolate and sugar containers left open, and a tray of warm milk just sitting on the counter. When I politely asked if someone could clean a table for us, the staff rolled their eyes and eventually wiped down just one table, leaving all the others still dirty. This place is unacceptable. There were no clean tables available to sit at, and the service was terrible. I noticed trash sitting in bags near the beverage preparation area, and the staff simply kicked it aside to make drinks. This is not just a workplace health and safety issue; I will be reporting this to Health NSW.
The tables were not cleaned properly, and the service was average, not exceptional. I went there just for a cup of coffee, as I'm not a big fan of McDonald's, but it is usually quite clean.
