I am updating my opinion, because this restaurant is getting really old and is poorly maintained: damaged tables, chairs also, benches which are also starting to wear out, lighting and atmosphere not as good as elsewhere. Lots of traffic, therefore noisy for a place which no longer appeals and which suffers from comparison with the other restaurants in the chain. McDonald's, which has aged very poorly, is now undersized and always dirty. We recently came at 5:30 p.m. with family, restaurant almost empty and yet 8 tables in a disgusting state and more than 20 minutes to serve us. It's fun in the kitchen but no one to clean the tables, at least a minimum is not too much to ask. Luckily we ended up finding a suitable table but as soon as the restaurant started to fill up we saw customers cleaning the tables themselves, just outrageous. Letztes Wochenende wurden bei McDonald's alle Bestellungen falsch ausgegeben (bei mir und mehreren Kunden vor und nach mir). Sechs Autos standen in der Schlange an der Drive-in, aber nur ein Auto wurde am Abholfenster bedient, und im Restaurant waren an einem Samstagabend nur zwei Kunden. Das ist inakzeptabel. Der Manager muss so schnell wie möglich entlassen werden. Essen: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphäre: 3
Das McDonald’s ist schnell und effizient, wie alle McDo's, aber man kann im Sommer draußen sitzen und die Sonne oder den Schatten genießen. Die Lage ist nicht idyllisch, da sie zu nah an der Autobahn liegt, aber es ist viel besser als mehrere andere in und um Neuchâtel. Das Menü bietet eine gute Auswahl und sorgt für eine angenehme Abwechslung.

McDonald's ist doch überall gleich, oder? Falsch! Kein Bier im Schweizer McDonald's. Trotz dieser Enttäuschung haben wir unser Essen genossen.
