The self-ordering kiosk was out of receipt paper, and the staff at the counter were slow to assist. The person at the coffee machine was decent, though; he made a good hot chocolate. Unfortunately, the chips were undercooked, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was unacceptable—actually, it was filthy. Surfaces hadn’t been wiped down, and the trash bins were overflowing. I understand that things can get hectic if it’s busy or if they’re short-staffed, but the conditions were really disappointing.
that's actually the worst mac donalds I've ever known. Unfortunately, our site has no shops and this mac donalds is the closest place to get food on delivery. I'm here twice and ordered twice. they have the slowest service, the worst corn food quality and from the 4 times I have eaten from them we only get the right order one time, and that was because I checked every part before I left the drive thru and made it right before we left. I would move forward cities, only to not close this mac Donald’s.
The drive-thru was incredibly slow, even though there were only five cars ahead of us. As usual, the shake machine was broken, but this time we were pleased to find it working. However, when we ordered two chocolate shakes, they were made without any chocolate flavor and tasted bland. I would have gone back to address the issue, but it's on a highway, making it difficult to return. Because of this experience, I won't be buying fuel or food from here anymore.

I waited 30 minutes for my order while cars behind me were served first. After that time, when I inquired about my order, I was told to wait an additional 10 minutes. My order wasn't even that large!
It’s not a bad place to eat, but be prepared to wait a long time for your order to be correct. It seems that they’ve been struggling with staff retention since they opened.
