Mcdonald's West Ryde

This is my local but I have to say it's the worst Maccas I've ever been to. The staff are nice enough but the quality of the food is awful. I've been here and ordered a sundae and it was already melted. Maybe their ice cream has refrigeration issues. I came here again a year later and ordered the $2 choc top and half the ice cream was not covered in chocolate. I felt like it was a bit misleading. I've also ordered the create your taste range and it was significantly below the par compared to Thornleigh and other restaurants that I've been to.

seriously, the old load was perfect. since the reno they were hopeless. drive thru is a parking lot, eat in takes forever and order over eats there is always food missing. forget to put our loaded pommes, never got my kids frozen drink, burger was wrong and that was just a day. wait for eating in the load is a night-mare. I will never go there again and after the reviews I am not alone here and for those who say give them a chance that kitchen has never been changed so that everything should be business as normal. 1 of 10.

Disgusting. Food is not prepared, they don't listen to your order. Incompetent staff. Lacking any manager at all. Just saw one of the employees take off his hat, wipe swear if his brow and proceed to then put straws in people's drinks. Also the dining area had **** everywhere and not one staff member even bothered to pick up rubbish. A little bit fancy is the advertisement. Ha. They will be reported to the department of health.

we had a terrible experience today. we live 5 minutes from loading, but the pommes were cold. the two big macs were stone cold and the rolls flattered. the sun was only about 60% full. very embarrassing for mcdonalds and the franchisee, although I think it will not make any difference. 4 members of my family had purchased and eaten meals from here today and unfortunately they all are showing signs of food poisoning. (All family members don't live together yet all showing the same signs after purchasing and consuming food from here)

This maccas is the worst maccas I've been to, by far. 9/10 times they get our orders wrong. I.e. given water instead of sprite. Missing items from orders. Nowadays i much rather drive further down Victoria Rd for our maccas run

This is a beautiful and clean restaurant located at a Shell service station. The burgers are fresh and delicious, and the restrooms are exceptionally clean. Overall, I would rate it: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

A nice drive in McDonald's with the whole array...good service, ambience and spaciousness. Though a wee bit lift in these would be very welcome Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

we have to eat something for our family. the burgers were pretty good and not too creepy. the chips were soggy and cold without salt.
