I'm really disappointed with this McDonald's. The coffee is often cold, and I frequently find that my orders are missing items. I've noticed that the staff seems to be untrustworthy at the drive-thru. It's much better to go inside to place your order and check it. This has happened to me seven times while I was on my way to work. The staff doesn’t seem to know what they're doing. I won’t be returning, and I wish you the best of luck if you decide to go there.
The self-service machine didn’t provide a receipt, so when I informed the counter staff that I needed one for my records, they told me they couldn’t issue a duplicate and seemed indifferent to my request. When I insisted, they eventually gave me a pick list. This situation could have been easily resolved with a handwritten receipt, but the staff seemed uninterested in assisting me. Additionally, when our order arrived, the chips were cold.
As much as i love a Mcdonald’s cheeseburger i was really disappointed with my food here, the chips were cold soggy they had obviously been sitting for awhile, in one cheeseburger we asked for mayo to be added there was a tiny bit in both cheeseburgers. Cheeseburgers were also cold stale didn’t taste fresh at all. I would prefer to wait 5 minutes for fresh food than be served cold food, there was not made to order as Mcdonald’s promises.
Stopped by here for an apple pie and hash brown. The outlet is surprisingly large, with a whole section hidden away behind a wall with extra booths and couches, making for a nice place to unwind, especially when it's not crowded. I visited Melbourne last weekend and had to stop by a McDonald's. The restaurant was very clean and offered plenty of seating inside, with a few outdoor options as well. Ordering on the self-service screens was straightforward. The food was served quickly and was hot. There’s a playground on site and a TV in the McCafe area. Overall, I have no complaints!
This Maccas is extremely irritating. I often drive through for chai latte on my way home from work. In all honesty, the odds of actually getting a chai are only 75%. I have left so many times and been back on the freeway (with no way to turn around) and realised I have a normal latte. Which I simply do not drink. Its not cheaop at 4.25 a pop either.
Parking: There is a decent amount of parking available. Accessibility: There is designated disabled parking right in front of the restaurant, as well as ramps for wheelchair access.
While it may have a few rough spots, the food remains consistent, and the coffee is excellent. Ultimately, it’s still just McDonald's. Food: 4/5, Service: 4/5, Atmosphere: 4/5. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Never get orders right, be it in the drive through or delivery. Starting to wonder if it’s their way of cost cutting… terrible service, go elsewhere.
