Took a while to get seated but once we were the food (buffet) was amazing, my only disappointment was that the items being re-stocked were not being stocked at all or often enough to keep us going back to the buffet. My group was very disappointed with not getting more of certain food items or any items that they just completely ran out of. They wanted more sushi and I never ever got bacon?, they never had any when I was there once it was served the first round. Also we were the one of the first large groups seated when it opened, so this all seemed very odd, obviously re-stocking food was an issue. They did seem busy but the restaurant wasn 't super packed with the amount of staff they had...
Unfortunately, there was also an issue with our bill. Our server mistakenly charged our meal to a hotel room we didn’t have, as we were not guests at the hotel. I only realized this when I saw her chasing after us as we headed to our car. She insisted that I take the credit card receipt instead. When I showed her the receipt I had, it was exactly like the one for the room charge she originally gave me, indicating the error was not on my part. As a result, I had to walk back to the restaurant, and the manager got involved to rectify the mistake, ensuring my credit card was charged correctly. Given my mobility impairment, this was quite a challenge for me.

My husband and I were very disappointed with our experience at McKinkey's Grille. We waited forever for water, utensils, and to place our order. We let our server know that we had only one hour for lunch before our conference, at the hotel where it is located, resumed. Fifteen minutes passed, then 30. I let them know we needed our food quickly. They assured us that it would be out soon. Finally, with only 15 minutes left, I had to let them know that we were going to need it to go if it was not done still. They were able to get it packed up and ready for us to take back with us to the ballroom. Thankfully, the manager was kind enough to take care of the bill. The food was okay but quite price...
We only wish we had one of these restaurants in our hometown! We were truly impressed by how awesome the place was. Our server was fantastic, and the food... wow. The BBQ ribs just fell off the bone—absolutely amazing! This has definitely become one of our favorite experiences in Florida! As for parking, we walked over from the Hilton, which was an easy ten-minute stroll.

Our first time at McKinley's grill, it was near to where we attended a function. Service was great, Eric was informative and did a great job overall. Food was excellent and we are looking forward to returning and trying some other items on the menu. The fried chicken sandwich was amazing.

I Have Been Inside This Hotel And Seen This Restaurant Because There Is Public Access To This Restaurant. I Hope I Can Try Their Food And Eat Here One Day. I Also Would Recommend This Restaurant For LA County Fair Visitors Because It Is Close And Convenient For All Fair
Made a reservation for 10:30 but no menu options available till 11. The Buffett was only option was cold, they confirmed eggs were boxed eggs. Certainly NOT worth $30 person. Service was accommodating but food was terrible cold.
