Didn 't even get the chance to order. Was the first in line and waited 5 minutes for someone to come take my money... Finally got tired of it and asked this male employee for help. He even answered a phone order before I asked him for help. He said No, no help. We are understaffed . I had no comment and left immediately, what a great response...hahahSuch bad customer service. If you guys are understaffed anyway, why even open? Please train your employees to answer in a manner way, unacceptable.
This Meet Fresh location is located in a separate building in the Serramonte parking lot between Cost Plus and Ross. Parking was sufficient on a Friday afternoon, there were plenty of spots out front.Looks like online ordering was down when I went so had to stand in line to order but it was not a long wait.Our to go order consisted of only 2 jasmine milk tea with boba. The tea was just the right sweetness and sweet and chewy.
Pretty big dessert size! Bought the iced grass jelly with taro balls and milktea. Wife got the hot red bean dessert. Mine for the most part was pretty good and refreshing. Wife thought hers pretty good too but said it wasn't hot enough since one of the addons inside was not fully cooked/heated (some kind of jelly string). Milk tea wasn't too sweet so it was good. Would come back again.
Orders are to go and worth it. If you are pinay and you crave 'taho, ' make sure you order the hot tofu pudding with boba. It will definitely bring you back from the days of eating taho for breakfast with warm boba and sweet tofu. That is what we always order. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Line are usually moderate to long. the drinks come in a large cup, which is nice. Drinks are really good, can't go wrong with any of the milk teas or herbal teas. They have a large menu, so do take the time to figure out what you want.
Ordered the hot tofu pudding with boba. Soft, chewy and slightly sweet treat. Never had anything quite like that before. Personally I feel it was a little over priced totalling $7.10. But worth a try, at least once.
Very traditional Taiwanese Taro desert and very yummy. The portion is kind of small for the price you pay but it tastes good
