HUGE portions definitely meant for sharing. I find it odd that they don 't have boba on the menu for the drinks or toppings. When you get there, you place your order on a kiosk, so it 's a bit difficult to ask questions to any human. So better know what you want ahead of time. The kiosk also said that I would be texted when my order was ready, but that didn 't happen. We were waiting outside for awhile and I finally decided to go inside. There my order was, sitting on the counter, partially melted I asked the guy how come I didn 't receive a text message and his reply was, I didn 't make your order, sorry. Great hospitality....lol.
I would give the ease of navigating the menu and ordering on the kiosk 2 stars. There were a handful of items not available on the menu and we had to refer to three different spots to figure out what was available for customers.The cleanliness of this location was poor. It’s very much self-service: order at the kiosk/register, find a table, grab your order, bus your own table. No one was routinely wiping and sanitizing the tables. The restroom was also dirty. Overfilled trash cans and the sink was not wiped down.The menu items were ok. Not sure if we’ll be returning if this is how the staff takes care of the store.
This is a photo of the food we ordered last week. It is a very small portion compared to what we had in the restaurant before. For the Fremont location, I would recommend dine-in. Otherwise, the takeout order doesn’t worth $13 at all. The bowl is only 2/3 full.
I come here at last three times a month as they got some unique desserts for all ages. I like custom order grass jelly or bean curd to add my own toppings. Shave ice is also very good on a hot day. I also like their outdoor sitting as well on a cool night

Best grass jelly drink in the Bay Area, not watered down and you can really taste the grass jelly/herbal flavor. I ordered the pure grass jelly drink 1/2 sugar with no ice. Great tasty drink for the summer.
They have new products coming from time to time. Pretty good Taiwanese traditional desserts here. I love the grass jelly shave ice. It’s refreshing during hot weather time.
Customer Service very bad and slow.The drink ordered ? taste bad wasting my money with tax $6.89. A drink is winter melon tea with mine trao ball.
This was my third visit, and once again, I went with friends to tackle the mountain of shaved ice!

The mango milk shaved ice is simply amazing! The mango is incredibly fresh and deliciously sweet.
The food is great, but it’s quite chilly inside. Make sure to bring a sweater!
