I've visited Meet Fresh several times, but my recent experience was quite disappointing. I understand that weekends can be busy, which may lead to some waiting, but the service I received from the Asian girl with glasses was particularly poor. After getting a text notification, I approached the counter to pick up my order. She rudely demanded to see my receipt, making me feel like I owed her something. Despite having left a 20% tip, her attitude was completely unacceptable. I left feeling very dissatisfied and won’t be coming back.
I ordered the Hot Purple Rice Soup Signature, which comes with taro, sweet potato taro balls, rice balls, and I added almond pudding. I also got an order of two sesame rice balls on the side. The soup, which combines red beans with purple rice, was delightful, and all the flavors complemented each other perfectly with just the right amount of sweetness. It was quite filling and actually turned out to be two meals for me - what a bonus!
I’ve been to many of the Meet Fresh locations and I’ll say this location probably has the best food quality and quantity. When you spend so much on a bowl of dessert, the amount matters. Also, their tofu pudding never let me down! (brings back my old memories from the street) Will be back again for sure!
The atmosphere for studying and working is wonderful. However, the quality can be somewhat inconsistent. While some staff excel in preparing drinks and desserts, others could benefit from improving their knowledge of different types of tea to ensure that orders are accurate.

First time here and love this lovely dessert place! Their waffle with ice cream is amazing? and they also serve bubble teas, which is one of my favorite drink.
Great place for dessert, have all kinds of desserts, shaved ice, tofu pudding, milk tea, etc. however, it’s quite pricey. The shaved ice I had cost $18!
Hesitated coming based on ratings. Glad we took a leap of faith. Very pleasantly surprised. High quality and well designed desserts.
The store took a long time to prepare the order and didnt even include the add-on ice cream that I ordered

I like their shave ice and herb jelly. It’s worth it to drive there 30-40 minutes from home.
The milk tea tastes great and the boba is super fresh
