My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I visited on Saturday for lunch, and our waitress was rarely around. At one point, there were 12 tables occupied, and I couldn’t see any staff in the dining area—or even in the kitchen! It took an astonishing 50 minutes for our order to arrive. I requested a box and the check as soon as our food was served, but then the server had to go back to take care of our payment. The staff consisted of a host, two chefs, and two servers. It seems that a restaurant on 280 should be better equipped to handle Saturday lunch service. If they are short-staffed, the general manager and/or owners should step in to help. Not a great experience. Went for Saturday lunch. Saw our waitress rarely. At one point, there were 12 tables seated, and none of the staff was anywhere to be seen. No one was even in the kitchen. It took 50 minutes just to get our order. Asked for a box andour check as soon as the order hit the table, then had to flag the server back down to pay our check. There was a host, 2 cooks,and 2 servers. Seems like a restaurant on 280 should be better prepared for Saturday lunch service, and if the schedule isn?tfilled then the GM and/or owners should be in to pick up slack. The food was fine, but we?re eating more of it as leftovers thanwe had fresh because of how long it took.
The service is always terrible at this location and the food isn 't consistent. We were there the other day and there were only a few customers. Our server was busy chatting with people at the bar so we had to flag someone else down to finally take our drink orders after sitting there for almost 15 minutes. Our salads were on tiny dessert plates and the lettuce was wilted. There was hardly no toppings on our pizzas. Don 't give me any of that be patient we are short staffed nonsense. There were at least three waitstaff working during non peak hours and only one other table with customers. The other locations always have good service and the food is always consistent.
The experience is rather hit-or-miss. The food is consistently top-notch, but the wait times can be excessively long. The staff's demeanor also changes; occasionally they are warm and welcoming, but at times they appear irritated to be on the job. On my last few visits, I ended up leaving before getting served. I can’t help but notice other customers anxiously scanning the room for their orders, which often leads me to seek out faster dining options elsewhere. Pizza shouldn’t take hours to prepare.

We had a fantastic experience at this Mellow Mushroom. Our group of about 16, including 9 kids, came after a big tournament. They arranged tables away from other guests so we wouldn’t be too noisy or disruptive, and the food arrived promptly. The kids quickly devoured the pizzas, and there was an excellent variety of draft beers to choose from. Our waitress was wonderful and incredibly patient with our large group. I highly recommend this place.
I have to say we had a great experience at this Mellow Mushroom. We had about 16 people in our party after a big tournament, 9 of them being children. They set upsurge tables away from everyone so we weren?t too loud and distracting, and they were quick with the food. The pizzas were easily scarfed by the kids and they have a great selection of tap beer. Our waitress was amazing, and she was very patient with us. Definitely recommend.
Typically, this is a great location with great food. But on this trip to this place something was going on. The waitress seemed uninterested and others helped her with our table, although it was just a table for two. Great food and usually a great experience. Will be back later and update review. Otherwise I would have got less stars.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND for really fresh, clean and delicious pizzas, hoagies, calzones, salads, and other bites. Their atmosphere is real chill and clean. Waiters/waitresses are awesome and friendly. It?s became my daughter?s new spot. So, it looks like we will be coming here often :-D

HIGHLY RECOMMEND for really fresh, clean and delicious pizzas, hoagies, calzones, salads, and other bites. Their atmosphere is real chill and clean. Waiters/waitresses are awesome and friendly. It?s became my daughter?s new spot. So, it looks like we willbe coming here often :-D
