The bartender Steven or Steve was very unprofessional. I have never been asked or need to say PLEASE to any bartender. So that thru me off when Steven said it and I was going to address it But another customer sitting two barstool away asked me You have to say Please? That let me know this was deeper than I thought wow this guy Steven was ignoring me when I when trying to get another drink(waving/ holding my glass up) So I finally said excuse me I would like another drink and Steven replied with a straight face looking at the other customers Say Please . I've visited this location dozens of times. On a last minute dinner decision, me and hubby came here. I tried a few new things. I'm not a huge fan of the miss mushroom pizza. I'm vegetarian but it wasn't my fav. Needed more mushrooms! My crust was a bit undercooked and stuck to my teeth. The burger (hubby) was great! We also tried out the peach campfire. It had a smokey after taste that I wasn't a fan of. We also tried the lavender mocktail. It was very refreshing! I'll definitely order that again... Oh and you can spike it! It was trivia night... But we didn't receive the bingo sheet.
The last 2 times my family and I have been to Mellow Mushroom we have left disappointed. Sadly, the food has tasted old and not fresh the last 2 times. One time I got a salad and the lettuce as well as toppings seemed a few days past what could have been “okay” to serve and I barely got any chicken on the salad. Second time we gave it a go, we got a pizza and the potatoes tasted old! Same as the tater tots. It was disappointing to say the least considering how pricey Mellow Mushroom is. It say this all in love and hope to see changes made!
I am not a fan of the paper straws at this restaurant, as they do not taste good with the drinks. I would prefer if they switched back to plastic straws. The service was okay, but we had to ask for our drinks to be refilled and the server did not put our pizza in a box for us, which I think would have been a nice gesture for the customers. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time Our waiter Bobby was the best! He was so friendly and upbeat. The service was perfect. I used to work in the restaurant industry, so I am very critical of my reviews, but everything was top-notch. Promote this guy! The pizza was hot and delicious This is my pizza joint from now on
Just got a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza that was one of the worst I've had in a long time. Pizza was not even hot, tasted like it had been sitting around pre-made. I asked for well done and double cut it was neither of those Would had been better off to buy a frozen pizza for $6 then to spend $25. Very disappointed
I have been to many Mellow Mushroom locations, but this one is the best. The pizza is excellent and the modern decor adds to the cool vibe of the restaurant. The service is also top-notch.

Pizza and soup were amazing. It took longer than the time quoted but they kept in contact the whole time. The place was extremely busy.
