Located in the food court area of Post Office Square, Melt Brothers specializes in cheese toasties, offering quick, satisfying, and affordable eats. I tried their M.C. Cheesy, which featured generously-sized bread and a perfect toast. The sweet and savory flavors of maple bacon and mac and cheese blended well in this sandwich. The thick bacon and stringy mozzarella cheese added to the overall enjoyment of the dish. It was a truly satisfying meal.
Love a good grilled cheese sandwich and Melt Bros does not disappoint. Had lunch here with my mil and the service was great. I had The Mouse Trap with Maple Bacon, she had the Holy Cheezus. It was delicious, and perfectly sized portion of gooey cheese. I'll definitely be back to try other sandwiches off the menu. I think it's great that you can stay and sit at the tables in the lane-way or take it home since it comes in a box.
Toasted sandwiches have finally made it out of the house and on to a menu. Tucked in behind 100 Creek St you will find good cheap coffee and an amazing range of toasted sandwiches. Our first experience confirmed that the New Yorker and BFC are to die for. Make sure you try the loaded tatter tots too! We will be back for sure.
My partner and I had lunch there today.They make delicious sandwiches (Hippy cheese and New Yorker) and the tater tots were great, however we expected the sandwiches to have a bit more cheese. Melt Brothers is an excellent place to get Brisbane's best toasted sandwiches. With gooey cheese, fresh bread, and top-quality ingredients, this spot is a must-visit. The mac and cheese toastie and potato tots are crowd favorites.
