Melt Brothers - Tisch reservieren

I like going to this place for breakfast, I order the medium coffee and the sourdough with butter and vegemite but it’s to uniformed I go one day I get two butters and two vegemit, I go back next day get one of each, now I can tell you one of each is not enough for two sourdoughs, I don’t mind paying an extra 10-20 cents for two but let people know. If I would have got one of each the first time and could not spread on two slices of sourdough I would have not come back.

They offer a good variety of toasties and lunch options for a reasonable price here. We tried the Mouse Trap which had two kinds of cheese and it was a nice snack while we escaped the rain during sightseeing in Brisbane. This restaurant is located in the Post Office Square food court across from the past office. Lots of fresh air gets in this food court and the rain can get in.

There's potential in the big and lavish toasties at reasonable prices but they need to improve their execution. They need a better bread this one's too weak and thin and they didn't cut it right so it all ripped apart. The bacon was undercooked and very fatty so it was hard to bite off bits of the big pieces. I think they're card only so the card surcharge is a con.

Melt brothers make the best grilled cheese sandwiches. They have a small but well thought out menu. The breakfast deal of a coffee hash brown on the side of the sandwich makes a great brekkie.

Passed this in the early evening and went back for breakfast .. delicious toasties well worth a visit .
