I stopped by this restaurant while traveling through Little Rock on a Saturday afternoon. It took about 30-45 minutes to receive our food, but it was worth the wait because it was absolutely delicious. I would eat here every day if I could! The portion sizes were generous, making it quite affordable. I highly recommend checking if they have a location in Little Rock. The mac and cheese, although it’s just a side dish, was particularly tasty!
We stopped by MeMe's as we were passing through Little Rock and eager to try a new vegan place. The food was phenomenal, and MeMe (Meredith) was a joy! Next time we'll know to call ahead since it takes a bit to prepare the food fresh. We had the buffalo cauli wings, the seitan unchick bites, zucchini and sweet potato fries, and they also brought us some of their BBQ jackfruit nachos which were otherworldlyCan't recommend this place enough!
We stopped in from out of town and were so excited to try everything. We had burritos and just fell in love. We had to wait a bit, but those twisted potatoes made it an easy wait. We were about to open our bakery had a lengthy and uplifting conversation with MeMe on the way out about business and building our dream. Yes, this is a bit of a hole in the wall joint, but if you get the chance to go you will NOT be disappointed. What a night!
I had the jackfruit tacos and they were excellent! I couldn't quite finish them in one sitting after eating the better part of a twisted potato which may have been my favorite item. I also loved the dipping sauce! My husband also loved the twisted potato and his burger. The people are super nice and we would be happy to stop by again when in Little Rock. Oh my lord. I have absolutely no bad things to say. We came from out of town and although she had already closed, she fixed my order. I had the BBQ jackfruit nachos and the portion was sooo much bigger than what i thought. I was so full and had to fight off my omnivore friends who went with me to pick up. Overall great experience. I will be back every time I’m in Little Rock from now on.
I have only great things to say about the food and service at Meme's Twisted Potato. Everything was so fresh. There can be a little bit of a wait for the food, but I assure you it is well worth it. Make sure you check the website and order online before you show up to the restaurant!
The most delicious food I've tasted in a long time! Although it says it's a restaurant, I do not suggest dining in not yet. Their business model isn't there yet. They are set up for take out. Call your order in, then go pick it up. Your tastes buds will be so happy you did!
Excellent choice for take-out. MeMe had closed but found me in the parking lot and made me a full meal that was awesome. I had the reuben, zucchini fries, and a hibiscus drink. MeMe makes great food and is a cool person. I recommend this place and that you order ahead. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
As previous reviews have suggested not exactly a sumptuous dining establishment and probably optimized for takeout... But great menu and everything delicious, ambitious and all vegan. Not to be missed if you're in the LR area!
