We visited Menchie's Frozen Yogurt today for the first time in a while. The staff was friendly and the store was clean, but I was disappointed by the limited selection of flavors, even though all of them were operational. I understand that not having many flavors might be due to slower business, but it was still a letdown. Additionally, I encountered a problem with the fresh pineapple topping, which was spoiled, and I only realized it after I had eaten some.
I placed an order through Skip, and it took over 15 minutes just to get confirmation. When I called the store, the employee seemed completely unsure of what to do. She said she would call me back in five minutes but instead canceled my order without any explanation. The prices are always too high, and they are constantly understaffed.
I was quite disappointed with my experience at Menchie's Frozen Yogurt. They offered only four flavors, and one was unavailable. Additionally, there were no spoons for the toppings, and the ones kept in the cooler were covered without any utensils provided. Considering the steep prices, I won’t be coming back.
If you want to treat your customers well, you need to do better. Everyone has their first experience at this store, and I’m referring to the staff who was working around 2:10 today. I won’t be coming back because I don’t appreciate being ignored by the staff. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
