We chose this restaurant to celebrate my cousin's birthday while we were traveling from Brasil/France/USA It was THE BEST experience we could have asked for The food was AMAZING! The Presentation, the flavors, the costumer service ALL AMAZING! All the amazing reviews I read before going DID NOT disappoint! The codfish cakes were very good (pastel de bacalhau and the Eggplant with vegetables and cheese was very very good! My cousin had the vegetable crape and ordered seconds! Thank you for making our evening so magical! We had the best service EVER! (a lovely Brazilian Lady I am ashamed that I forget her name right now! If I come back to Sintra I know where I am eating again! T
We arrived some 50 minutes early for our booking but we were made welcome and seated straight away. The Brazilian lady manager was exceptional in explaining the menu and the food was very good. Lovely to escape from the main tourist hub to a very nice restaurant but only a few minutes walk from the railway station.
Amazing typical Portuguese recipes and vegetarians! Simple, tasty and good. Kind service and constantly looking if you were needing something. Pick up the dishes after we finish them. And willing to talk in your native language (Spanish).

We’ve reserved for 2 people on Sunday. Good service, cheap price for a heavy plate, very tasty food and good wine. I recommend it 100%.
