Still brand new, this “Greek” is located near the Flugelweg Bridge in Dresden. Of course, as fans of Greek cuisine, we wanted to try the restaurant. The “presentation” from outside alone is an eye-catcher. This first impression is clearly confirmed from the inside. The owner attaches great importance to a stylish and modern ambience. The service (3 was extremely friendly and never seemed stressed despite the well-filled restaurants. He even takes the time to have a conversation or two with the guests : . We were in this restaurant on a Saturday evening. It was completely full and the waiting times were a little longer. Nevertheless, it took 45 minutes until we could order food. That's a bit too long. Food was perfect except for the children's meal. The pasta tasted more like it came from a can. All in all, it's a very nice restaurant if you don't have to go to the toilet. The men's toilet was about 2 square meters, very, very narrow, unkempt and the paper for drying hands was empty. It really had something of a “motorway toilet” about it. Absolutely not possible, compared to the rest of the restaurant.

Wir waren spontan während des Advents ohne Reservierung hier und bekamen trotzdem einen Tisch, mit dem Hinweis, dass dieser nur 1,5 Stunden zur Verfügung steht. Obwohl das Restaurant voll war, war der Service hervorragend, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen wurde zügig serviert und war äußerst lecker. Wir können das Metaxa nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir waren zu zweit vor einiger Zeit zum Abendessen vor Ort und hatten bei schönem Wetter einen Platz auf der Terrasse. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und auch die Speisen haben unseren Geschmack getroffen, sodass wir die positiven Rezensionen nur bestätigen können. Ich muss ehrlich zugeben, dass ich an diesem Restaurant schon tausendmal vorbeigefahren bin, ohne es wahrzunehmen. Ein wirklich schönes griechisches Restaurant mit einer großen Auswahl und sehr schmackhaftem Essen. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Preise sind fair.

Wir haben im Metaxa Griechisches kurzfristig eine Reservierung bekommen, obwohl das Restaurant komplett ausgebucht war. Der Service war erstklassig und das Essen äußerst schmackhaft. Das Menü war abwechslungsreich und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen.
