Atmosphere: The name says it all, this place definitely feels like you’re in a metro diner from the past, the people around are great, it’s not too loud either. Service: We went during a Friday morning and it wasn’t as busy as a weekend, we were seated immediately. If you come on a busy day, they have an option for walk ins to be seated in front of the kitchen first come first serve, which was a great experience as well. The host and waiter were all great, always checking on what we need as always. Drinks: I definitely recommend the mimosas, they have 3 flavors and they’re all great and worth the price! This should be a staple in every community. Stopped in with family and a coworker to introduce my coworker to the classic chicken and waffles. This place did not disappoint. She ate the entire meal. So did I! Even my son punished his kids sized chicken and waffles. The chicken was seasoned well and a perfect compliment to the perfect waffles. This is one of my favorite restaurants for chicken and waffles as they add their own strawberry butter and syrup blended with hot sauce. Absolute delightful! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Amazing place for a good old homemade breakfast. They even serve mimosas that are extremely cheap and their coffee is roasted perfectly. The service is welcoming and super fast, even on the busy weekend mornings. Joshua was awesome as our server and never let my coffee cup get remotely close to being empty. Be careful on Sundays as they are not allowed by law to serve alcohol, so if you wanted an early bird brunch, wait till later in the morning to drink. Overall, it's exactly what you want in a breakfast diner so definitely check it out!
Tasty diner close to the loop. I had no idea where this diner was until my wife pointed it out. We love breakfast at any time of the day and what’s better than dinner breakfast food? We got a mixture of eggs, grits which are delicious, turkey sausage and a burger as well. Everything came out as expected and the young man who was our server was very polite and attentive. Also, my wife had the cinnamon roll waffle and it was incredible. It didn’t need syrup and was perfect just as it came. She also really enjoyed the grits and coffee.

First visit and will definitely return again soon. Tried a few different menu items and was not disappointed at all. Be prepared for a wait on the weekends but it's worth it. Service was excellent as well. If you haven't eaten here yet, don't delay.
Food is always great here! The portions are huge prices are reasonable. Chicken and waffles are definitely a hit. I do recommend packing your patience as the wait for seating and food can be a little bit on the weekend. But definitely recommend!
We ordered chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits and eggs Benedict and everything was great! Only kinda bad thing is the wait but the quality of food made up for it!!! Great service and great people!!
Soon as you walk in, the smell of some fried chicken immediately hits you. The famous strawberry butter was perfect addition to the waffle. Portions were more than standard size!
