Very good experience on a busy Saturday night. This place can seat about 40 and it was full. Nevertheless, service was quick and the food came at a decent speed. The food is the star here. We had 3 different dishes and all we well cooked, excellently spiced and very tasty. Portions were large as well, with plenty of food on the plate. Some free bread with olives to start as well as a mini Turkish pizza each just added to the evening. We had a dessert as well. Typical Turkish sweets, full of syrup and very well made. Our first time in a Turkish restaurant and we will be back! The waiter who served us was friendly and helped us decide on what to choose from the huge selection of dishes. The food was prepared behind by the most relaxed looking chef I’ve ever seen, he was seated at his bench quietly prepping all the dishes. All in all a great experience and as I said, we will be back!
We could not recommend this restaurant enough. We had the most amazing dinner here, a few months ago. My and my partner have been treated like royalty and the food was to die for. And when the bill came we had a very lovely surprise: it was much much cheaper than we were expecting. We would travel from London to Eastbourne only to have dinner in this restaurant.
5 stars is not enough for them, at least 10! Uniquely delicious food, prepared on the spot in front of your eyes. You can't help but lick your fingers. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is cozy. I could stay for hours and eat goodies. Be sure to visit if you're wondering!
