I had lunch at this restaurant and decided to try the hilachas, expecting a lot based on what I've heard. Unfortunately, I was let down. While the food did taste good, it didn’t quite capture the authentic flavor of Guatemalan hilachas. Additionally, there was an excessive amount of grease in the dish; I couldn't tell if it was due to the oil or if the beef was just too fatty. The service also left much to be desired. Although the waitress was friendly, she completely vanished after serving our meals.
