Service was not great- we were seated immediately but our waiter was often making drinks behind the bar and not attentive to us. It was obvious the appetizer was forgotten. The white queso was very bland and just a little thicker than water (way to thin forqueso). I could not drink the water because it smelled and tasted of chemicals. The salsa was the consistency of ketchup, thecolor was very dark, and tasted smoky. I couldn?t eat it. The entree wasn?t terrible but very bland. I visited this restaurant based on a recommendation from an attendant at Yippie Kayo Kayaks, but it turned out to be the biggest Tex-Mex disappointment. The queso tasted like it was store-bought and had a gravy-like consistency, while the meats lacked any seasoning—apart from the sodium on the carne asada steak. The guacamole was just avocado and onion—nothing more. One of my dining companions ended up only eating the vegetables on her plate. I can't understand how this place has a rating above four stars. Do people in Oklahoma not know what herbs and spices are? I definitely won’t be coming back.
The service was disappointing. We were seated right away, but our waiter frequently spent time making drinks at the bar and didn’t pay much attention to us. It was clear that our appetizer had been overlooked. The white queso was quite bland and had a texture that was just slightly thicker than water, definitely too thin for queso. I couldn’t even drink the water because it had a chemical smell and taste. The salsa had a ketchup-like consistency, a dark color, and a smoky flavor that I couldn’t enjoy. As for the entree, it wasn’t awful, but it left much to be desired.
I traveled all the way from Tulsa to try this amazing Mexican restaurant, and it was absolutely worth it. The atmosphere is unique, combining a dining experience reminiscent of the Sistine Chapel with WWE matches playing on multiple TVs around the room. The food is exceptional—truly some of the best you'll find. Whether you're making a pilgrimage or just a long drive, this place is a must-visit. Drove all the way here from Tulsa. Couldn?t miss out on this amazing Mexican spot. I feel like I?m eating in the Sistine chapel as the WWE smack down plays on the plenty of TV?s in the background. Best food around as well. Travel far and wide to thisjoint, go on pilgrimages and migrations to get here and eat at this joint and you won?t be disappointed. Staff was great aswell. I?m walking out of here feeling better than just after I?ve done a line.
Great food and amazing service! Food was unlike any other Mexican restaurant we?ve been to and had lots of flavor. Waitress was attentive and super sweet!! Romeo was also kind and checked on us several times to make sure we were satisfied with the food and the service. We will definitely be back next time we?re in Broken Bow!
I thoroughly enjoyed the service, and the food quality was outstanding. The menu offered a great variety, the house drinks were exceptional, and the portions were generous and delicious! Pepe took excellent care of all our needs. Anyone visiting Broken Bow should definitely stop by this restaurant.

We ordered the shrimp fajitas for two, along with some house margaritas on the rocks. I have to give high praise to both the chef and the bartender—they were outstanding! I can't wait to visit this place every time I'm in Broken Bow. I highly recommend it!
