Almost every week, Mica features a special "From ____ with Love" that highlights the culinary specialties of a different region. Last week, the focus was on Baltimore, and the meal was exceptional! The pit beef served carpaccio-style with horseradish was incredibly tender, the crab in a reduced Old Bay cream was delightful and lighter than anticipated, and the soft-shell crab was grilled to perfection. For dessert, there was a creative twist on a black and white cookie. Keep up the fantastic work!
