We had an incredible dining experience at TETU in Gaspe! The short ribs on risotto were delicious, and the funghi pizza was equally amazing. We were fortunate to be able to order takeout on our first night in Gaspe, as they do not offer takeout if they are fully booked. Remember to make reservations for dinner and breakfast, request takeout in advance, and enjoy your meal al fresco at the Barque du Canada boardwalk. The servers were fantastic and friendly. Be sure to make reservations well in advance, as TETU fills up quickly!
The food and drinks were excellent, though slightly on the pricey side. I especially liked the cider-bourbon sauce that accompanied the ribs. The menu features a variety of local and regional options for both food and drinks. Contrary to some previous reviews, the service was actually quite quick. We ordered drinks to have before our meal, but our soups arrived almost right away, followed closely by our main courses. Despite this, it was a pleasant dining experience overall and I would recommend this restaurant.
I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. I regret not coming here sooner during my time in Gaspe. The breakfast was delicious and the view was spectacular. The service was good, even though I don't speak French.
The restaurant provides quick service, delicious appetizers, a great selection of beers, and a lovely atmosphere.
