First time here as I was visiting from Illinois and friend suggested we go there. Some prices are high for what you get. $17 for a small piece of quiche. That’s crazy. I did first order the shrimp and grits but had to send it back. The shrimp was overcooked and the sauce was way too spicy for me. The grits were amazing with them adding Gouda. Crème Brule was the best part of my meal.
An exceptional dinner. It was our 36th wedding anniversary. Everything was great. Carol was our server. She was fantastic, friendly and truly amazing. My wife had the salmon and I had the pork tenderloin. Our daughter enjoyed the duck breast. It was truly a great evening with great food service. We already made reservations for a returned visit on Saturday. A great experience.
Never had a bad meal here. Everything is excellent and the service is always top tier! And free valet! It’s our favorite restaurant in middle TN and we keep coming back. Personal favorites: shrimp and grits, chicken scallopini, elderflower blossom cocktail made with gin, coconut cake, lemon artichoke soup. But don’t stop there…the rest of the menu is awesome!
We were celebrating a very dear friend who passed away earlier this year. Midtown was one of her favorite places to dine. And ours too! I always enjoy the personable staff(they are all so kind, and have marvelous personalities) The food has never disappointed and it didn’t fail today. The Food, the Service and the atmosphere were all GREAT! We got lucky and slid in between rushes, but do yourself a favor and make a rez before you come. We had Friday brunch while in town for a long weekend. They poured nice man-mosas as my wife called them…
Very cute restaurant. Went on 9/18 had the huevos tostada. It was delicious. Went back the next day and had it again for breakfast. Highly recommend it. The waitresses very friendly. Offered us a cup of coffee to go
