We are regular customers at Milaad2 Gravesend and I can only say that they never seem to fail us. The food is always fresh, piping hot and delivered on time. What made our experience special this time was that we had requested for the food not to be too spicy or chilli, and the food was amazingly tastier and we had cleared up all the dishes that we forgot to take photos. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I have to be honest - this restaurant was not good. It seemed like the chef wasn't even there that night and they had to get help from someone else. It was a red flag when we were the only ones in the restaurant all night. We were told they had cancellations, but we weren't convinced. The kebab was okay, but the king prawn butterfly was overwhelmed by thick batter. The salad looked like it was thrown together haphazardly. I ordered a delivery from this restaurant and was told that the food would be delivered within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes passed I telephoned to ask for an update. The woman who answered was rude and lied. She told me that my delivery was already on its way and then hung up on me. I telephoned back and a man answered. He said they were busy but the food was ready and coming now. 15 minutes later I called again and was told the driver was stuck at traffic lights. Eventually the food arrived an hour late, the delivery driver was the same man who was on the phone who told me that the delivery driver was stuck in traffic. Very poor customer service will not order from these people again.

we heard the staff from previous bad reviews had changed so decided to give them a go and I've got to say I'm so glad we did the food and service we received was outstanding and the staff were friendly polite helpful and welcoming we will most definitely be regular visitors from now on
Since I moved to Gravesend I have tried almost every curry house I can. I have settled on Milaad 2 as my favourite. I particularly like their Chicken Tikka Vindaloo and Coconut rice. Their Sag Paneer is also tasty. They have friendly staff too. Definitely worth trying!
We entered the restaurant and were welcomed by a friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. The food was delicious and we all look forward to returning for another enjoyable evening of great cuisine.
