I'm staying in Mildiss' restaurant (I'm not talking about the hotel. We ate 3 times during our stay so I can really make my opinion. All the dishes were cruelly lacking salt, it was very faint. I pointed out to them and the answer was: when you put too much a clientele, then we decided to put much less but don't hesitate to ask us the salt. During our stay, there were not many elderly people. It's a little easy as an answer. And then a dish that is not seasoned in the heart will remain faint, even adding salt...
