We had the luncheon for our son’s baptism here and it was absolutely wonderful. Caroline helped with the catering setup and our personalized menu. The food is delicious and the service is magnificent. Mauricio took excellent care of our event and was sure to take care of those with food allergies and the kids in our party. Enjoyed a wonderful anniversary dinner at Mill Pond House. We had the fried calamari, fra diavolo (there's also thai style) as a starter. They were lightly battered and nicely prepared. Very fresh and tasty. For our main course my wife ordered the branzino which came with sautéed spinach and I had the 12oz fillet mignon with mashed sweet potatoes. Very nice restaurant with good views. Staff attentive without being overbearing. We went during Restaurant Week and it was surprisingly empty for a Monday night dinner. For appetizers, we ordered the New England clam chowder and a salad. The salad was great, the soup was delicious, I think the clams were blended as there were no chewy bits. Do NOT go here (especially in the Winter. Terribly disappointed by this place. Sat in the back and it was surprisingly cold. Putting that aside, each member of my family was disappointed by their meal. I had the lamb chops and they were the worst I ever had. The spicy seafood pasta was bland. Even the crab cakes were bad. Plus, it was NYC pricing. $65 for bad lamb chops. Never again. Take my advice and avoid this place.

Very nice prix fixe saturday lunch. We had 4 adults and a 2 year old. Handled all very smoothly and helpfully. No extra charge for Cr Card which gets an extra star! Only small point i wish the rice was not just dumped out on the plate as a molded heap — the presentation could be improved
This is really a nice place to lunch or sample the appetizer menu. Mill Pound House has a decent drink menu. The prices are fair and Mill Pond house has a friendly atmosphere.
I was here again the other day with four cousins. It's so pretty there on the water. We had pasta dishes, salmon, and tuna. Everything was delicious! We were all pleased.
