I am that picky eater who wants exactly what I am craving and order. I cannot believe how this little restaurant has NEVER failed me on many levels. I have ordered almost everything on their menu over the years and, not only was the food exceptional, but the service as well. There is no other place here where you can get fresh battered food (meaning they do not use old disgusting oil), which makes me physically sick. I do not know how they are able to run this place to such high standards, but they have done so for many years. Should add, I am a local to Quincy, have no affiliation with this restaurant or owners, just LOVE their food. Wish I could give them 10 stars!
Was our first and last time here, the window lady was very rude,(Drive thru only) food was DRIPPING IN GREASE/OIL, fries were soggy and limp, Teryaki CHEESE burger was missing the cheese, FISH taco was missing fish, no spoons or forks for our side of cole slaw (best part of our meal) and potato salad, NO kids meal/kids basket for kiddos, just a bad experience all around for the money, we spent on 3 meals. Also check your orders before leaving, so you don’t make the same mistake we did, and learn the hard way.
Very poor quality food. My boyfriend and I had the catfish bites and the fish and chips. Both way over battered and poor taste. The batter was not ‘beer batter’, the taste was not good. The French fries were incredibly soggy as well. I’m pretty sure they just gave us a cup of Mayo instead of tartar sauce. I won’t be eating here again, definitely not worth the hype. Don’t waste your money. Service: Take out
I stopped into this place a few years back and had some fish and chips. Decided to check it out. I was not impressed. While the fish serving was large, it was over breaded and greasy. There were a lot of fries and they were good). The place is drive thru only. The lobby looks like a hoarder has taken over the place. It doesn't look like the kind of place I'd trust to eat at.
