Oneself went to this restaurant for a business meal, granted the atmosphere and beverages were nice to an extent, the overall heat of the restaurant was overwhelming, as such myself and friends had to consistently go outside to cool down. Alongside this the cooking of the food was horrendous. 5 of the 11 steaks we ordered were undercooked. Mine for example, i asked for medium rare and it comes out blue. As an avid steak fan i can categorically state that the food was undercooked. I did indeed ask for a re-fire and when it was returned to me it had not been done, this was after a 20 minute wait as well. For the price i am paying i expect quality, not simple fast food. Have been to Miller and Carter 3 times since November and the food and service has been excellent Steaks always cooked as ordered and delicious, as were the accompanying dishes We have been served by Alex and Zofia and they were great, a credit to the restaurant My only slight criticism would be that we have tried to order some items and were only told at the time of ordering they weren’t available, I think it would be better to tell the customers before they order of certain items aren’t in stock, maybe when handing them the menus Despite this this is currently our favourite local restaurant
The first two courses were delicious, but the quality declined after that. Only two out of four desserts were available, and there was no cheese board. We were given Christmas leftovers instead, which were heavy and stodgy. The trio cheese cake balls were particularly difficult to eat without cream or ice cream to help break them down. I was planning to go for Valentine's dinner, but now I won't be returning.
Booked a table for lunch as a new year treat and we were not disappointed! From the minute we walked in and were greeted with a smile and taken straight to our table, everything was just perfect. The staff were attentive, very knowledgeable about the menu and great with the children. The food, as always, was first class. The ambience was relaxing and I really cannot fault this restaurant.

Visited with family. We eat here on a regular basis but unfortunately this was not up to the usual standard. The food was excellent but the service was way below par. Waited far too long between courses and had to ask 3 times where our drinks were. Never had this kind of service there before!
Had a lovely evening here for my son's birthday. Karen made the night even better by recommending the Cote De Boeuf, absolutely out of this world, best steak we've ever tasted! Very friendly atmosphere, a lovely experience. Many thanks.
The service was excellent and we will definitely be returning. We were taken care of by a delightful woman named Karen (my son even said she was the best server at the restaurant). I highly recommend this place.
The food at this restaurant is always delicious, and the service is friendly. We enjoyed the ribeye sharer and garlic bread. Unfortunately, we were too full for dessert. Hopefully, we can try it next time.

New Year’s Eve pre booked absolutely terrible food ran out , service was terrible. Didn’t get what we paid for such a disappointing experience
another good dining experience with my family . they all love the steak selections and sauces . would love a dessert but always too full.
