the look and the ambiente of this restaurant were perfect. the staff was very friendly and friendly. our server, connor, was a great young man who was very familiar with the products and for everything we needed without entering our evening. the appetizers, chipotle huhn and nachos, were excellent, we could have eaten them again. followed by T-bones steak and BBQ chickens as nets that were cooked for perfection, beside orders were also delicious. at this point I was so full that it hurt me to order the banoffeepis, but like any good soldier I fought. my Gauners were very glad that I did as it was from this world, but my dear was ready to pop. had booked a table for 5:15 Sunday 2. jan and we were incredibly happy to open as they were very short workers and to do limited bookings. manager greeted us cordially. starters were calamari, which is always a winner and rum bbq wing, try these wings for the first time, they are fantastic to order again in any case! I had filet, always a winner and my partner gras fed sirloin, he said best sirloin he had ever. cocktails were delicious. no minze julep or bernaisesoße, but this has not spoiled the experience that we were only grateful to the hard-working staff who tried to provide their customers. four of us had the lunch yesterday 27/5, went in and I was immediately hit with a smell that thrilled me to eat, the entrance and the setting 10/10, we sat and met our waiter, great Irish lad full of suggestions and courteous and attentive, ordered from the set menu £24 and worth for money! they can say that again eating was fantastic a really great culinary experience. well made to all involved for providing this great location the type of facility with an amazing culinary experience it deserves, I look forward to coming back.
my partner and I went to lunch today and it was from the beginning to the end. our server maderson was so friendly and very knowledgeable when it came to the menu and has great customer service! I would highly recommend the nachos, tandoori lamb and the desert that looks like a huge profiterole lol I had a few cocktails that were also beautiful and would recommend this restaurant to everyone. great service all around and the staff was nice. we will definitely visit again xx

we called up the chance, and we were so happy that we did it! the staff were all fantastic, very friendly and really professional. we chose the “Butchers Block”, three different steak cuts and half ripp, absolutely first guess! debbie was an absolute star, she made us feel at home as soon as we went through the door. we had a great dinner and an even better evening. the top marks round!
We had a wonderful dining experience once again at Otterspool Restaurant. Our server, Gemma, was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for her. She is a true asset to the company, a well-presented young lady. We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious meal and drinks and would highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you again, Gemma!
We came after a busy day out for our little boy 's 2nd birthday and it was absolutely gorgeous. Tina, our waitress, made such a fuss of our little boy, and even surprised him with a special 'Happy Birthday ' chocolate cake and candle. Food was gorgeous obviously, but she made it extra special.
