I was really disappointed with my recent meal. I've ordered from Millers before, and their food was always delicious. I've even ordered the same items in the past, and they were great. I'm not sure what went wrong this time. The caramel that came with the donuts was white and watery, not like real caramel, and the donuts themselves tasted stale. The pizza also tasted old. I should note that the driver was not at fault; he delivered it quickly after picking it up. At this point, I’m not sure if I'll order from Millers again if this is what they consider to be quality food.
I ordered extra chicken for the grilled chicken fajita dinner, which cost me an additional $6.50, but the portion looked like a regular serving, not extra at all. Additionally, the grilled chicken Caesar salad had barely any grilled chicken—definitely not enough for a proper serving. I noticed that takeout dinners have smaller portions compared to dining in; they provide much less meat but charge the same price. I'm really disappointed!
When the zinger Mac and Cheese first came out, it was insanely good. I'm not much of a complainer but I ordered it here last week for the first time in months. Same place I always go to. It was nothing like when it first came out. Really disappointing. But, 5 stars because I do love Miller's Ale House. Just not that day.
Since I can't do delivery, they went out of their way TWICE to help me. I went in showed Mgr I couldn't do delivery, the app doubles the prices, then second time, I called, did a park, pick up. EXCELLENT customer service! Glad they are nearby to pick up often! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
dinner with a toddler can sometimes be stressful but this location was awesome- Andrew our server was great, so quick attentive. food as always on point
