Come hungry. If you don't read anything else here, it should be your take. After a long night in Vegas there are sooo many possibilities for places to have a fixed meal that will help to all the schnapps you had, this place should be the one you choose though. It is far outside the main points, and is worth sharing the ride or ride. The record I got was so delicious that I was mad at me because I couldn't finish it, or take it with me on my trek. After several unsatisfying visits we agreed to give Rancho Cordova Mimosa House one more try. While my grandson’s cheeseburger and fries and my husband’s omelet and potatoes were very good and our server (Victor) outstanding, the cook could not manage a poached egg. The first “classic eggs Benedict” was served with completely runny whites. They were raw. The manager came to ask if I wanted a “hard” poached egg. No I want the whites cooked and the yolk runny. I was then served poached eggs with hard yolks. A joke. Really a breakfast place with several Benedict choices and the cook couldn’t manage a poached egg? Twice? '22/1 first review, but handful of times to this location over the years: This sit down, chain restaurant does not disappoint. Lively atmosphere, full bar (though mimosas are their specialty as the name implies). The menu has enough dish choices to please everyone. The portion size doesn 't disappoint either. Low high top table seating as well as semi booth/bench seating. Also, outdoor dining. With above said, 1. Be prepared for a wait. This place is popular. There is a decent amount of seating outside, less so inside. 2. Those with hearing imparements may find the experience too noisy.
This restaurant has a few other locations in the area, it's my favorite mouthspot. The food is amazing and the drinks options are limited less. You also have a lot of variety when you have food problems most of them are quite easy to work. Whether with friends or just fleeing at some point and clearing my mind, or if I? When I work? m in the area it is my way to Spot. Typically, it is a cool environment and if you like Mimosas that has an additional bonus. I try a new taste every time. As a foodie this place is THE PLACE for breakfast or brunch. Small but clean with a super friendly staff and good, kid friendly music to listen too while you sip on refreshing mimosas. Reasonably priced and most importantly...GREAT BREAKFAST FOOD. Light and fun atmosphere. Mimosa menu has flavors to satisfy any pallet. Highly recommended

Good food, but they forget my court. The rest of my table had her for about 15 minutes before I got mine. The server was good, but forget to refill our waters even after it was requested. No major problems, but not the best experience. Eat well enough for me to come back.

The last few times I've been here I've eaten the bacon waffle, which is great. As busy as Mimosa House can be, the service is remarkably timely and efficient. The coffee is better than not bad. The prices are reasonable. Brunch here is money well spent.
