Precioso local en los acantilados decorado con mimo y elegante. Personal muy atento y un gerente no solo muy profesional sino tambien muy simpatico. Empezamos con su revuelto de csmarones, una delicia que no se debe uno perder! Tambien degustamos una morcilla de atun exquisita donde se nota el producto estrella con el que trabajan. Seguimos con un tataki de atun muy bien ejecutado y con una tempura deliciosa. Despues pasamos al secreto iberico sobre lecho de pure de patatas y reducion de salsa, que espectaculo! El postre fue esta vez una mouse de chocolate muy rica. Sin duda un lugar a tener en cuenta por su cocina de calidad y su atencion!
Espectacular restaurante a pocos metros del mar. La experiencia empieza antes de aparcar en el gran parking delante del restaurante (unas vistas espectaculares del litoral de Conil). La materia prima, increíble. Los vinos, buenísimos. El personal muy atento. Muy recomendable.
