On a positive note, the restaurant's interior was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and elegant lighting, earning full marks for ambiance and vibe. However, the service was average and not impressive. Throughout our meal, we had to remind the staff several times about missing items we ordered, which didn't arrive until we were halfway through our meal. Given the overall price range, I feel that Mirch Masala needs to improve both its food and service. A nice ambiance alone doesn't justify the high price point.
I dined here last night and had a fantastic experience. The food quality was exceptional. My only suggestion would be to consider using processed cheese for the Cheese Butter Masala, as pizza mozzarella doesn't quite match the flavor profile. I found the prices to be a bit high considering the portion sizes. For instance, the Cream of Tomato soup was less than 250 ml and we were charged $8 for it. Overall, it was a great experience. If you maintain this quality, customers will continue to flock to your restaurant!
Absolutely fantastic restaurant!!! The owner was incredibly friendly, and the meal was truly exceptional. The authentic Indian spices used in the dishes set them apart from anywhere else. The ambiance is lovely, and I highly recommend the mixed platter, which includes fish, chicken, and lamb. The rumali roti was also delightful, and I highly suggest trying their desserts. You definitely need to check this place out!
I ordered the Dhabastyle chicken along with garlic naan. It was tasty, though a bit spicy for my liking. The dish featured about four pieces of boneless chicken, and the gravy was flavorful with a nice spicy kick. The garlic naan was thin and crispy. I visited the restaurant with my mom, and we both thoroughly enjoyed it – the food was fantastic! The owner and chef were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even making adjustments to vegetarian dishes to suit my vegan preferences. I highly recommend this restaurant; you won’t be disappointed! My mom and I will definitely be back soon.
This is the best Indian restaurant in the Greater Toronto Area! The naan, raita, and tandoori dishes are exceptional, and the service is top-notch. Everything is fresh, and the restroom is spotless. I highly recommend it!
