I wish I could say something positive about the service, but unfortunately, my friends and I had a disappointing experience. We arrived for our reservation at 8:00 PM and waited 45 minutes for a table. After we finally got seated, we ordered the premium boom but didn’t receive our food until we had to call the waiter to inquire about it. Throughout our time there, no one checked in on us. When we asked about our order, they informed us it would take another 5-6 minutes, which was frustrating. It was clear that our order hadn’t even been started yet, as they hadn’t even brought out the appetizers. By that point, we were extremely hungry and annoyed, feeling like the waiter wasn’t taking respo...
My boyfriend and I love going to this restaurant with friends for bossam. It's our go-to spot whenever we're craving it, and we always leave happy. The premium bossam combo features three mouthwatering flavors of steamed pork belly—original and garlic green onion—along with ample portions of pork jowl. This combo is perfect for sharing among four people. They also supply lettuce and a selection of banchan (side dishes) for making delicious lettuce wraps. Plus, we enjoy that Mister Bossam has outdoor patio seating available.

We ordered the Grilled Cheese with Pork Ribs, which included fried rice, priced at $45, along with a peach soju. The fried rice is served midway through the meal. The flavors were amazing, and we ended up with a lot of leftovers!
The service and atmosphere were excellent; the staff was friendly and took our temperatures upon arrival. They provide both indoor and outdoor seating, complete with heat lamps, although it was still a bit chilly outside.
Would I come back? Definitely!

this place has bad service. told us to sit outside even though there empty tables inside to put together for our party of 8. nope they told us to sit outside in the cold night at their patio. the heater they had was weak and they did not bother tocrank up more heaters that were sitting dormant in their re staurant. pathetic. charged us $2 for extra lettuce to eat withbossam. i dont think any other places do that.
Excellent platters! One had three cuts of pork belly, the other had pork covered with cheese with steamed eggs, cut hot-dogs and pasta. Towards the end of the meal our server created a delicious toasted fried-rice from the left-over items of our cheesy porkplatter. Exceptional food and experience!
The food was decent, but the service was lacking. We asked for napkins three times, and it took about 10 minutes to finally get them. One of the waiters assured us with a casual, "Sure, no problem," but ultimately, our requests went unfulfilled.

Have been here multiple times and the staff is always nice and the service is great!! The dishes here are meant to be shared but even so, there is a lot more food than expected. High quality and good taste. Would recommend!!!
